3-Bean Steam

Preparation Time: 
20 minutes
Ingredients: 

2 cups of beans with ends trimmed and cut into knuckle-sized pieces
3 sprigs of savory
1 lare sprig tarragon
1/4 teaspoon salt
small shake of white pepper
1/2 teaspoon oil (ideally, use apricot, but olive would be fine)

Preparation: 

Toss together and steam long enough to heat through but not so long that they’re not crispy anymore.
