Bolognaise Sauce

A great bolognaise sauce to have with pasta, or use as the 'meat' layer in a veggie lasagna.

Ingredients: 

I'm not so good with measuring...
TVP granules - textured vegetable protein, you know they dried mince sized bits of soya, the dark kind that's already been flavoured.
Onion
Garlic
Passata - jar of pureed tomatoes
Salt
Herbs
Broccoli

Preparation: 

Pour a decent amount of TVP into a pan, cover with 1/2 boiled water and 1/2 passata, mix in salt and herbs - I use marjoram, basil, oregano, and leave to sit for about 10 mins.
Whilst its sitting fry onion and garlic till they're golden.
Then mix in the TVP, add more passata, tomatoes, basil, chopped broccoli and cook on low for about 15 mins.
