Peanut Butter Fudge

Rich and delicious.

Preparation Time: 
20 minutes plus chilling time
Ingredients: 

3/4 cup vegan margarine
3 1/3 cups confectioners' sugar
1 cup peanut butter

Preparation: 

1. Melt margarine in saucepan over low heat.
2. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter.
3. Gently stir in sugar, a bit at at time.
4. Pat into a greased 9x9 baking dish.
5. Chill in refrigerator until firm to the touch.
6. Cut into squares and serve.
