Spicy Seven Layer Dip

This was a family favorite for years (recipe given to be my my mother). I whipped up this vegan version and place alongside hers. Yum!

Party size
Ingredients: 

2 cups refried beans, one can or homemade
1 pint Tofutti vegan sour cream
1 pint spicy guacamole
1 small can diced jalepenos
4 tomatoes, chopped
1 vegan cheese (jack or cheddar substitute), shredded
1 can olives

Preparation: 

Put in pan, one layer at a time.

1. Beans
2. Vegan Sour Cream
3. Guacamole
4. Jalepenos
5. Vegan Cheese
6. Olives
7. Tomatoes

Serve with tortilla chips.

Better than the

Better than the original...tastes fresher and spicier. So satisfying just add a glass of juice and I'd consider this a nice lunch. But it was served to me as an appetizer and I loved it! A+
