Ingredients: 

15-ounce can of white beans
2 tsp of lemon juice
drizzle of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic

Preparation: 

Try this yummy spread as a snack or a healthy mayo substitute. Wrap 2 cloves of garlic and 1/2 tsp drizzle of olive oil in foil pop in toaster oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. When done, combine the garlic and oil in a miniblender with a 15-oz can of white beans and 2 tsp of lemon juice and process until smooth. So good on toasted bread!
