Dilema
I've been vegan for only a couple months and I like how it makes me feel but lately decided that I wanted to be a vegetarian......so far, it's not working out really well.
I'm high raw but would enjoy having some dairy products like eggs and soft cheeses. However, there seems to be a problem with both my taste buds(cheese doesn't seem to taste the same) and my body. It completely rejects cheese.
So, should I just stay vegan? I only did vegetarian for one day and I'm taking a week to detox it. haha

troublesjustabubble, I
troublesjustabubble,
I believe that there is a diet out there that is best for each individual person. And, it can take a while to figure out what that diet is for ourselves. It sounds as though you've found yours (vegan makes you feel great). That's amazing! I'd definitely recommend listening to your body. If something doesn't taste right or, if your body rejects it, then it probably isn't for you.

Thanks, I still struggle with
Thanks, I still struggle with the social implications of veganism. Alot of people have respect for it and alot are pretty scornful. I'm okay with that but I've been in a few really tough positions where I've made hosts and hostesses feel bad because I can't eat what they made. That's what I don't like. I try to turn things into positives though.
