We've created a number of The Vegan Chef's Thanksgiving recipes over the last few days.

The main dish is a seitan unturkey roast. Of course, we need a bit of mashed potatoes and gravy with that.

We'll be trying a pumpkin cheesecake today. That means that we still need a good cranberry and stuffing recipe to really round out the meal.

Anyone have a delicious recipe?
