What to do with Tofurky leftovers?

We just had an amazing dinner with Tofurky, gravy, cranberry sauce, and vegetables. I'm wondering now if anyone has recipes for what to do with leftover Tofurky? I usually just grill it up for another round of the same, but would love to get more creative.
